Michael Maxwell

My name is Michael Maxwell and I love this crazy car culture stuff. I am an automotive mechanic and electrician; simply passionate about fast classic cars. I grew up around fast cars and motorcycles. I have owned my 1965 Pontiac Lemans/Tempest for 8yrs now. I inherited this car from my Uncle after his passing. There is a lot of history, passion, and great memories for me. My Uncle and I turned every single nut and bolt on this car. His goal was to make this car do wheelies. We built a Chevy 383 stroker with an 8-71 blower with dual carbs to quench it’s thirst. Transferring the power is a manual shift Turbo 350 transmission with a 12 bolt posi limited slip with 373 gears. The wheels are off a 2010 Camaro and have customized 18″ x 12.5″ to fit “size large” tires. After my Uncle’s passing, I changed directions and now it is bonafide drift car!
